Breakfast Pizza…but make it fruity 

Probably the most delicious, healthy and skin-friendly Pizza (for breakfast) you’ve ever had! 🍕🍒🍌🥥

       

All you need is:

For the base

  • 75g oats
  • ½ mashed banana
  • 20g coconut flakes
  • 100ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. starch
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon as much as you like

 

For the topping

  • Nut butter (e.g. Peanut Butter)
  • Coconut or Oat yoghurt
  • Fresh fruits such as blueberries, passionfruit and pomegranate

 

How to:

Mix all base ingredients together and spread evenly across a baking tray. Place in the oven for around 25min at 180°. Spread some nut butter across the hot base. Top with the yoghurt and the fruits and enjoy fresh
