Flower Power Autumn Porridge

Quinoooaaaa Porridge for the win!

    

A modern twist to an old breakfast classic with caramelized Apple, ground cherry, almond butter and eatable flowers.

All you need:

  • 70g of quinoa
  • 100ml of almond milk
  • 100ml of water
  • 2 tbsp of nut butter
  • 1 Apple
  • A handful of ground cherry
  • Eatable flowers
  • A lot of cinnamon
  • And more nut butter to top with

How to:

Boil the quinoa with the water and the nut milk for around 20min. Add the frozen raspberries and nut butter to make it fruity and creamy. Meanwhile caramelize the apple with some plant-based omega-3 oil and a lot of cinnamon in a pan. Add some water to make it softer. When finished, decorate the bowl according to your wishes. Done and pure bliss. Happy weekend:)
