Nut Bites with apricot jam
The delicious bites you won't be getting enough of...
What you need:
- 150g flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 65g coconut blossom sugar
- 65g margarine
- 100g chopped & 100g ground Hazelnuts
- Apricot jam
- Dark chocolate
Mix the flour, baking powder, and margarine together an spread evenly on a baking tray.
Apply a thin layer of apricot jam.
Next, bring 50g margarine or vegan butter, 2 tbsp of water, 50g of coconut sugar top boil and add the chopped and ground hazelnuts. Once cooled down, spread over the apricot base and then bake in the oven for around 20-30 min on medium heat until golden.
Melt the dark chocolate and spread over the corners, once cooled down. Enjoy 😊
